遗失正版地契，怎么办？

当业主遗失了正版地契，请问业主要如何处理此事呢？

答：业主需要向邻近的警察局报案。在报案纸里所需要记载的主要细节，如下：-
● 地契遗失的日期；
●遗失的原因；
●在哪里遗失；以及
●相关产业的详情：No & jenis hakmilik; No Lot/P.T; Mukim dan Negeri

此外，业主也需要去见宣誓官，并做宣誓文件。之后，业主者需要呈交以下的文件以及费用给予相关的土地局以办理地契遗失的申请登记：-

● 地契遗失的申请信件；
●已做印花盖章的业主的宣誓书；
●真实副本版的报案纸(police report certified as true copy by the police)；
●真实副本版的地契 (certified true copy of the issue document of title)；
●官方土地搜寻报告(official search report)；
●申请者真实副本版的身份证(certified true copy of the identity card of the applicant)；
●真实副本版的已缴清的最新地税 (certified true copy of the latest paid quit rent receipt)；以及
●真实副本版的已缴清的最新门牌税 (certified true copy of the latest paid assessment receipt)。

*注意：不同区属的土地局所需要申请者所呈交的附属文件各有不同，建议相关人士在提交申请之前，向相关土地局查询。
