刑事法典第343条文(非法禁锢3天)

任何人非法禁锢他人3天或以上，，一旦罪成可被判最高监禁2年或罚款，或两者兼施。

penal code section 343 (Wrongful confinement for three or more days)

Whoever wrongfully confines any person for three days or more, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with both.

kanun keseksaan seksyen 343 (pengurungan salah selama tiga hari atau lebih)

Barang siapa mengurung seseorang dengan salah selama tiga hari atau lebih, hendaklah diseksa dengan penjara selama tempoh yang boleh sampai dua tahun, atau dengan denda, atau dengan kedua-duanya.
