刑事法典第335条文(激怒严重致伤)
任何人因受到严重和突然的挑衅下而造成严重伤害，如果他本是无意也不知道自己可能会对挑衅者以外的任何人造成严重伤害。一旦罪成可被判最高监禁4年或最高罚款4千令吉，或两者兼施。
*致伤配偶或前配偶、儿童、残疾人士或家庭成员，可在326A条文下同读，被判以上双倍的刑罚。
penal code section 335 (Causing grievous hurt on provocation)
Whoever voluntarily causes grievous hurt on grave and sudden provocation, if he neither intends nor knows himself to be likely to cause grievous hurt to any person other than the person who gave the provocation, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to four years or with fine which may extend to four thousand ringgit or with both.
*Whoever causes hurt to his spouse or former spouse, a child, an incapacitated adult or other member of the family and commits an offence under section 323, 324, 325, 326, 334 or 335 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to twice of the maximum term for which he would have been liable on conviction for that offence under the relevant section notwithstanding any other punishment provided for that offence.
kanun keseksaan seksyen 335 (Menyebabkan cedera parah atas bangkitan-marah)
Barang siapa dengan sengaja menyebabkan cedera parah atas bangkitan-marah yang besar dan mengejut, jika ia tidak bermaksud hendak menyebabkan atau tidak ketahui mungkin menyebabkan cedera parah kepada sesiapa yang lain daripada orang yang telah mendatangkan bangkitan-marah itu, hendaklah diseksa dengan penjara selama tempoh yang boleh sampai empat tahun, atau dengan denda yang boleh sampai empat ribu ringgit atau dengan kedua-duanya.
*kecederaan terhadap pasangan atau bekas pasangan, kanak-kanak, orang kurang upaya atau ahli keluarga boleh dibaca bersama Seksyen 326A, hukuman maksimum dua kali ganda boleh dikenakan atas sabitan bagi kesalahan itu.
