刑事法典第325条文(严重致伤他人):

除第335条文另有规定外，任何人故意造成他人严重伤害，一旦罪成可被判最高监禁7年和罚款。

*致伤配偶或前配偶、儿童、残疾人士或家庭成员，可在326A条文下同读，被判以上双倍的刑罚。

penal code section 325 (Punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt)

Whoever, except in the case provided by section 335, voluntarily causes grievous hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

*Whoever causes hurt to his spouse or former spouse, a child, an incapacitated adult or other member of the family and commits an offence under section 323, 324, 325, 326, 334 or 335 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to twice of the maximum term for which he would have been liable on conviction for that offence under the relevant section notwithstanding any other punishment provided for that offence.

kanun keseksaan seksyen 325 (Seksaan kerana dengan sengaja menyebabkan cedera parah)

Barang siapa, kecuali dalam hal yang diperuntukkan oleh Seksyen 335, dengan sengaja menyebabkan cedera parah, hendaklah diseksa dengan penjara selama tempoh yang boleh sampai tujuh tahun, dan bolehlah juga dikenakan denda.

*kecederaan terhadap pasangan atau bekas pasangan, kanak-kanak, orang kurang upaya atau ahli keluarga boleh dibaca bersama Seksyen 326A, hukuman maksimum dua kali ganda boleh dikenakan atas sabitan bagi kesalahan itu.
